You’re not alone. We all go through difficult times in our home life or workplace, as a parent or partner, or when despair, trauma, anger or grief feels overwhelming. At the Samaritan Counseling Center of the Northwest Suburbs, professional counselors help individuals, couples and families achieve emotional, mental and spiritual well-being through psychotherapy, behavior modification, mediation and educational programs. Since opening in 2008, we have seen over 10,000 clients with all types of life challenges, and will journey with you to achieve your goals of wellness and happiness.

We recognize that faith and spirituality are not part of everyone’s life, and do not promote any religious point of view to those who come for help. We also know that for many, faith plays a tremendous role, and spiritual practices can be very healing, so if you have a faith journey please feel free to incorporate that in your therapy discussions. Gone are the days when religion and psychotherapy are at odds – both offer legitimate and easily integrated paths to recovering one’s sense of wholeness and healing.

The Samaritan Counseling Center of the Northwest Suburbs is a safe place for everyone, no matter who you are, or where you are on life’s journey.
