Justin Noe is a Counseling Associate (Supervised Counselor) with over 10 years of experience working in the mental health field. He eagerly serves to assist adolescent and adult clients in addressing stress reactions, coping with stressors, processing past trauma and recovering from Anxiety and Depression. His approach to counseling is composed of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Psychodynamic therapies. His previous experience includes: 5 years of service in the U.S. Navy where, as a Behavioral Health Technician, he co-facilitated group and individual therapeutic services for active-duty service members in outpatient and inpatient settings in adapting to operational stress reactions, post traumatic stress and amongst many other forms of distress. The primary emphasis of Justin’s philosophy in counseling is assisting those in a time of distress in recognizing their strengths, adapting effective processes for coping with the stressors in their life and recognizing where/how they might be able to exercise control within their day-to-day lives. He received his Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Philosophy from Northern Illinois University, DeKalb, IL; he received his Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from Northwestern University, Evanston, IL. Justin has been a member of the Samaritan team since 2020 and works closely with his supervisor, Elizabeth Doyle (LCPC, MCMHC), to provide quality counseling care to teens and adults in the northwest suburbs.

Justin also sees self-pay clients in addition to sliding scale clients.
