Sarah Serrato, MBA, MAPC, LPC works with all ages addressing anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, relationship issues, anger, stress management, life transitions, LGBT, culture-shock and adjustment. Trained in CBT, NLP, Life-Growth Coaching. Fluent in Spanish.

Sarah, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), received her Master’s Degree in Pastoral Counseling from Loyola University-Chicago. Sarah also holds an MBA from National-Louis University. She is bilingual (English-Spanish) and works with adults, couples, children, and adolescents. Sarah’s work includes multicultural issues; she has helped Latino families with culture shock and adaptation. Sarah has additional training in premarital counseling, life transitions, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Life Coaching. Other clinical interests of hers include sexual and domestic abuse, the LGBT population, grief, anger and stress management, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and career counseling. Sarah’s mission is to treat each person with the deepest respect and acceptance of who they are and where they are in life’s journey of healing and growth (emotionally, spiritually, physically, or relationally).

Sarah currently works remotely (via Zoom and / or phone).

Sarah accepts the following insurance:

She also sees self-pay clients as well as sliding scale clients.
