Sharon Fu, LPC

Sharon Fu is a Licensed Professional Counselor who received her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from National Louis University. She provides psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, and children. Sharon’s areas of practice include the treatment of depression, anxiety/panic, ADHD, behavioral issues, and LGBTQ-related concerns. Sharon also has experience working with survivors of domestic violence. Sharon’s treatment approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy to challenge unhelpful thoughts and beliefs; dialectical behavioral therapy to increase emotional and cognitive regulation, and solution-focused therapy to find solutions in the present. She is skilled in the suicide prevention models of QPR and ASIST, and is a Theraplay-trained clinician.
